At Antelp, we specialize in manufacturing and supplying high-grade CRGO (Cold Rolled Grain Oriented) Slitted Coils that meet the demanding requirements of transformer and electrical equipment manufacturers. Our slitting facility is equipped with advanced machinery to ensure tight tolerances, burr-free edges, and precise width accuracy, guaranteeing optimal magnetic performance and minimal core losses.

CRGO Slitted Coils are produced from Prime Grade CRGO Mother Coils sourced from reputed global mills. These coils are slit into customized widths as per transformer design requirements. Each slit coil undergoes stringent quality checks to ensure consistency in magnetic properties, insulation coating, and flatness.

Technical Specifications

  • Material Grade: We ensure the availability of all types of CRGO grade material (23HP75d, 23HP80d, 23HP85d, 23HP90d, 23HP95d, 23HP100, 23HP100d, 27HP100, 27HP110, 27CG110, 27CG120, 30CG120, 30CG130)
  • Thickness: 0.20mm to 0.35mm.
  • Width: 25mm to 1000mm
  • Burr Tolerance: 10 Micron
  • Surface Finish: Smooth surface without dent, rust, watermark, etc.
  • Material electrical Loss: 100% Watt loss test for each coil as per IS & IEC standards.
  • Magnetic Properties: We check the magnetic properties in our Lab.
  • Coil Weight: we can supply as per customer desire range of 50kg to 5000kg.
  • Packaging: We have the Slit Coil Wrapping machine by which we pack the slit coil in 3 layers of packing ( VCI Paper, HDP, and Stretch Film). After that, we cover one more layer of HDP and LDEP.
